She is among the founders of Biyut Rahima Initiative that focuses on working women. Tahani also participated in creating \u201cI am a Sudanese Woman\u201d campaign which helps women who are victims of the arbitrary Nationality Law. The campaign also cooperates with the multipurpose Women\u2019s Cooperative Union.<br \/>\nTahani is also a member of the coordination committee of the Sudanese Alliance for Ending Child Marriage and works with the \u201cNo to Women\u2019s Oppression\u201d initiative.
